Write your name, address and phone number on the back of your Friendly Care register docket and place in the entry box.

Entries open on the 6^th September

Entries close on the 29^th November

Prize Draw: 14^th December at the Friendly Care Head Office

The winner will be notified by mail and on the Friendly Care website. The prize will be sent by registered mail by the 18^th December.
