    Add the Brilliance Colour Crème into the developer bottle and shake it well
  • Apply Colour Crème mixture to DRY hair
  • Allow to develop for approx
  • 30 minutes, then rinse
  • Massage in the specially developed BRILLIANCE Colour Lock-in Conditioner
