  • Use as directed.
    100% Guar galactomannan.
    Dissolve one 6 g dose (1 level metric tablespoon) in 200 mL of fluid or 150 g of food preparation
  • Stir until the powder is fully dissolved
  • For optimal solubility, do not use in carbonated drinks or sparkling water
  • Do not take powder alone
  • Mix with food or fluid
  • Increase dosage gradually and ensure fluid intake is increased as dosage increases
